This answer varies from person to person. 

Based on trial and error I've found 60 minutes to be the perfect call length. 

People are more likely to find room in their calendar...

You're more likely to keep their attention engaged...

You're less likely to overwhelm them with too much information...

You can create phenomenal transformations in 1 hour. Especially if you use your SIP formula.

I believe people are more likely to sign up for a group session if the intended outcome is very clear. 

For example: 

"Come experience group hypnosis!"...

will likely attract less enthusiastic participants than...

"Come experience hypnosis to improve your golf game!"

When you create specific topics, people are more likely to understand the benefit of investing in a.group session with you

This depends on who will attend your calls. 

The people who join my calls are often busy professionals with a flexible schedule. 

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday tend to be the best weekdays. 

I've also had great success doing calls on the weekend - especially Sunday. 

Again, people are less likely to sign up if the call is longer than one hour. 

I work with an international audience and I've found that time that enables the most people to attend is 1:00 pm Eastern Time/6:00pm United Kingdom time. This is true during the week and on weekends.

Once more, the best way to learn the right time for your audience is to experiment and get feedback. 

Whew! This is a big topic!

There is no right answer so, again, please experiment to see what works for you. 

Here are some guiding principles to keep in mind. 

1. I believe you should find the price you're comfortable with and bump it up by 10%. You should always be priced a little out of your comfort zone because you have a tendency to undervalue yourself (ask me how I know).

2. Think about what the transformation is worth. If you absolutely knew the group participants would be free of their struggle, what would it be worth? The closer your price is to that number, the more likely they are to show up with the expectation of a transformation. The higher their expectation, the better the results. 

3. If you can truly convey the value of the transformation they will achieve, they will be willing to pay almost anything.

4. The most important way to convey the value of your group sessions is to help people know, like, and trust you using the tools I give you in The Magic Words program.

I do record my group sessions. 

In Section 3 of this program I show you my default setting which cause all my calls to record automatically. 

I can turn the recording off if I choose but having it on ensures I won't forget. 

I place all my weekly Trancy Tuesdays calls inside the private Facebook group so people know where to find them. 

When I do a single call for people who are not in Trancy Tuesdays I load the replay on a webpage and email them the link. 

You could keep this step super simple by uploading the replay in one of the following ways and emailing the link. 

1. Google drive

2. Dropbox

3. WeTransfer: This one is free an easy. Just be aware that the link only lasts for a few days. 

Do an internet search to find out how simple these options are if you need extra guidance. 

I have provided handouts a few times but generally, no. 

I sometimes encourage people to bring pen and paper to the call and write down key points. 

Or I will have them write aha moments. 

I believe people will get more value from creating their own notes than from having me do it for them.

Sometimes I create a PDF using Canva and send it to participants along with the replay but this in an unnecessary extra step.

Sometimes I create slides to share during the presentation but this is also unnecessary. 

I make my slides in Canva and you can see how to share your slidewhow in Section 3 of this training. 

When there's a voice saying, "I have to have the perfect handouts or the perfect slide show" that voice in the Imposter Monster keeping you from making a difference in the world. 

The S.I.P. Formula will spark a transformation for your group a million times more effectively than perfect slides or handouts.

I really love this question. 

I often create tiered offerings when I launch a group session. 

When a person has 3 options they're more likely to sign up. 

The middle option is the one I want people to purchase. 

The first option gives them a way to engage if the middle option is too much. 

The first option is the lowest price and people might say, "I can do that, no problem....Well, if I'm gonna invest that, I might as well do the middle option."

The third option is a bigger investment and makes them say, "Wow! That's a LOT of money! The middle option seems even more doable now."

As intended, I always sell the most of the middle option and a few of the low options and a few of the option that I thought, "No way will anyone pay this!".

Here's an example:

Option 1 - $97: Sign up for my 90 minute Magic Words training to learn how to use Facebook to build an audience. 

Option 2 - $234: Attend the live training AND get lifetime access to the complete Magic Words program.

Option 3 - $734: Get everything in Option 2 plus a one hour 1:1 Zoom call with Lori where she will help you strategize about how to use the Magic Words in your specific business.

I rarely do this but it's a great idea.

In Section 2, Video 7 I show you how I get feedback and testimonials about the call so I can make them better and better. 

You can use a smartphone but I highly recommend a laptop or desktop. 

If all you have is a smartphone, by all means, do it with a smartphone! 

Ask yourself, "How can I apply these principles with nothing but a smartphone?" 

It is possible.

That being said, you will have a much easier time if you have a laptop or desktop.

The #1 reason a phone is less optimal (in my opinion) is that you can only see a few participants at once. 

This is a very individualized decision. 

I rarely offer guarantees because I don't want to attract people that ask for refunds. 

I have a reputation for over-delivering and people are always blown away by the value they get for their money. 

I do think a guarantee is a good idea - I just haven't made it a regular practice yet.

If you offer a guarantee, I recommend putting a condition on it such as, "If you attend the session and participate with the activities and don't feel you received incredible value, email (your email address) for a refund.

That ensures that someone doesn't email and say, "I never had time to get to this. Can I have my money back?"

One final thought. As you learned in Section 1, a big reason people get their transformation is because you confidently set an expectation for transformation with your SIP formula. 

If you draw too much attention to the guarantee it almost feels like you doubt yourself a little, does it not?

Remember, even Milton Erickson doubted himself sometimes. But he didn't doubt his ability to keep his doubts to himself. 

You do clients a service when you confidently assure transformation - even if it's a little scary to do so.
