Did you know there is a sure shot way out of procrastination

Thing 1: Your Cheat Sheet Action Step
Have you ever promised yourself you'll work out tomorrow...
Only to have something cause you to skip it when tomorrow comes?
I have.
This tip might just break that pattern for us.
I haven't tried this yet so if you reply to this email and tell me you're going to do it...
Then I'll do it too.
Here's how it works.
Get a $100 bill (or euros/pounds/your currency) and pin it to the wall with a note that says, "I'm going to work out tomorrow."
If you don't work out, you have to BURN the $100 bill!
Like... pinky promise. You really really have to do it.
Nir Eyal, the man who taught me this trick, said he's worked out consistently for 3 years...
... and went from being obese to fit and trim.
It doesn't have to be a long brutal workout.
(Because perfectionism is the enemy of completion.)
