5 steps to free yourself of limiting beliefs

I couldn't resist asking his permission to give YOU a sneak peek in today's cheat sheet.
I knew that teaching this strategy will let me learn it all the way to my bones - so it will be a tool I can (and will) use from now on.
Freddy graciously said yes! So buckle up because this one is a game changer.
This technique works because it allows you to quickly let go of old, habitual behaviors and limiting beliefs that were keeping you from achieving what you want to achieve.
What if you can delete limiting beliefs by just changing your mind?
I’m about to show you how.
First let's talk about decisions…
We often make decisions when we’re feeling emotional.
Emotions like fear, anger, or hurt drastically reduce our ability to make smart decisions.
Here’s a scary fact (and I’m only sharing this because you’re about to learn how to fix it)…
We created most of our beliefs about ourselves, and our abilities before we were 7 years old!
That means you’re letting a young child make lifelong decisions about who you are and what you’re capable of.
You’re running old software.
You wouldn’t run a decades old computer because technology has evolved tremendously since then.
You have evolved as a human being!
Yet much of your life is being dictated by decisions you made years and years ago.
Many times we experience a block because we say…
“I can’t do that.”
“I can’t achieve those things.”
“I’m not good at that.”
Or we have irrational fears that hold us back from living the life we want to live.
If I could show you a simple way to let go of those old limiting beliefs, irrational fears and behaviors, would you be interested?
The Technique I just learned from Freddy Jacquin, shows you how.
The Jacquin Blink and Delete Technique:
Setup: Notice thought’s like, “I’m too scared to do this” or “I can’t….” or “I’m not good enough”.
At some point in your life you made a decision to believe those things about yourself.
STEP 1: Ask...
When you notice yourself feeling scared or incapable, ask yourself these questions.
- When did I make that decision?
- How old was I?
- Where was I when I made that decision?
- Who was I with?
- Was it even my decision?
Here’s what happens when you ask yourself these questions:
Your brain will immediately go to the moment you decided to believe that limiting idea.
You don't have to think about it.
You don't have to dig it out.
You don't have to do years of regression work to find it.
You'll immediately go to where you made that decision.
There’s a good chance you’ll realize you were a child or a teenager or someone much younger than you are now.
Here’s where this gets really awesome.
STEP 2: Revisit
When your amazing brain takes you back to that moment in time, you’re going to revisit it as your evolved self with the updated software that lets you realize that an unevolved 7 year old made that decision.
Or maybe it wasn’t your decision at all. Maybe someone else forced their decision on you.
In fact, you might be beginning to realize, even now, that all those useless decisions about limiting beliefs were just someone else’s opinion.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this realization is allowing those old useless beliefs to slip away all by themselves before you even read the next step.
You’re already realizing you’re not the same person you were a week ago or a year ago. You’re definitely not the person you were back when you decided to believe that thing.
You’ve got new strength, new perspective.
You’ve evolved as a person from who you used to be.
STEP 3: Delete
When you realize that limiting belief or behavior was someone else’s obsolete decision from the past, then you can…
A double blink is like hitting the DELETE button and removing that old decision for good.
You can even practice this right now about some limiting belief that has been causing you to worry or stress or hold back from living the life you want to live.
STEP 4: Replace
Here’s the best part.
Now that you’ve deleted the old belief you’re left with a blank slate.
Remember at the start when I mentioned how ineffective it is to make emotional decisions?
Now you can take a deep breath and exhale a sigh of relief.
Imagine a beautiful clean slate and let yourself feel emotionally neutral, knowing that you get to DECIDE what you would like to believe from now on.
Ask yourself, “What do I WANT to believe instead?”
Make sure you answer this question in the positive.
Example: Do not say, “I want to stop thinking I’m not good enough.”
Instead say, “I want to feel worthy and capable of living the life I want to live.”
Now imagine replacing that obsolete decision you just deleted with this new decision. The decision that you are worthy and capable of living the life you want to live.
How will your life be different in a week, now that you’ve made this powerful new decision?
What will life be like a month from now? 5 years from now? 20 years from now?
Practice the Jacquin Blink and Delete Technique often. You can use this for any limiting belief that was holding you back.
