6-Day Group Hypnosis Mini-Training
By Lori Hammond
Day 1: The Crash
I would've been homeless if not for my brother letting me sleep on his couch.
Just months before, I was a master stylist at a high-end salon, booking clients at $150 an hour. I’ve always been a bit of a "time snob."
I like to do whatever I want, when I want. When I quit my hairstylist job, my time-snobbery brought me to couch-sleepery.
(This is me snuggled up on the couch. ⬆︎ Obviously not too miserable.)
I assumed I would make great money as a hypnotist. Who wouldn't want the life-changing magic you can only get through hypnosis?
Instead, I hit one dead end after another.
Getting people interested in hypnosis felt like standing against the wall at a high-school dance, praying that someone would notice I exist.
Then came the "aha" moment.
I found out that it's way easier to get 10 people to sign up for group hypnosis than it is to get one person in a private session. (Seems weird, but I'll explain on day 6.)
In a group setting, my "time snobbery" actually became my greatest asset.
Instead of being drained by one person’s intense energy, my introvert self was fueled by the collective momentum of the room. (More about the Empath's Advantage on day 5)
I finally stopped trading time for money. And I started trading group hypnosis for lasting transformation.
I started making much more than $150 an hour, while participants got true transformation at an "impulse buy" price.
Group hypnosis has consistently brought me 6 figures every year since.
The few hours of work I do each week feel more like play because I'm fueled by this fun process.
I'm not telling you this to brag. I'm telling you to show what's possible for you too.
Your Day 1 Takeaway
I double dare you to do this math real quick:
If 10 people pay $47 for one group session, how much will you make?
I know it's not about the money, but not worrying about money sure does make it easier to help people.
(Hit reply and let me know how you feel about that idea.)
If you're thinking, "Yeah, but does group hypnosis even work?"... you're in luck.
Tomorrow's Mini Lesson is called:
The Watered-Down' Hypnosis Myth: Can groups really be as good as 1:1?
See you tomorrow!

Day 2: The Watered Down Hypnosis Myth
To be honest, I didn't think group hypnosis could work as well as private sessions.
How could it? People can't share their individual stories. I couldn't customize suggestions for each person.
(Customizing suggestions is a LOT of pressure, by the way!)
I refused to charge people for group sessions if they were going to get watered down results.
So I did an 8-week experiment for free.
I only let people in if they filled out an extensive questionnaire about the breakthrough they wanted.
Then I freaked out a little.
Over 20 people signed up. Every single one wanted something different.
One wanted more confidence as a hypnotist.
Another wanted the stamina to hold a sword over his head in horse stance for several hours to earn his black belt.
I thought, "There's no way this is going to work!"
But I'd committed. So I did the group sessions anyway.
We met on Zoom once a week and I guided people through protocols to unlock their own inner resources.
Zero customized suggestions.
People LOVED the sessions and came back week after week.
Some of them are still connected with me and each-other nearly a decade later.
The horse stance guy got his black belt!
I've been running weekly group hypnosis sessions ever since.
Busting the "Watered Down Hypnosis" Myth
Want the secret to transformation in groups?
Even when everyone wants a different breakthrough?
It's called "Somatic Intention Setting"
It works because it unlocks each person's unconscious resources.
And it works better than any hypnotic suggestion your conscious mind could come up with.
Even if you have 273 different hypnosis certifications. (Not needed, by the way.)
Click here if you want to experience Somatic intention Setting for yourself. I'll guide you through it on this call.
Click here to learn Somatic Intention Setting now.
You'll know how to do Somatic Intention Setting by the time you finish the fun call.
You can use it in groups or private sessions.
If you like the idea of doing group hypnosis, you have a few more days to sign up for the Complete Group Hypnosis Success System before the doors close this Sunday (Feb 1).

I'm cheering for you, Lori

PS: Tomorrow, your day 3 mini-traning busts the "Boring Hypnosis" myth. You'll get the simple secret that keeps groups engaged from start to finish.
Day 3: Non-boring hypnosis
I was terrified the first time I led a group into trance.
9 people staring at me on Zoom.
I kept thinking, "Are they actually in trance? Or are they so bored they've mentally checked out
That fear keeps a lot of hypnotists stuck doing exhausting 1:1 sessions.
But here's what I discovered:
Groups are easier to hypnotize than individuals.
When one person follows along, everyone else is more likely to stay engaged. Group energy reduces resistance.
People actually feel more comfortable participating, not less.
When someone notices others following along, their subconscious treats it as "safety in numbers." They drop deeper than they might in a 1:1 setting.
There's a simple, plug-and-play structure you can use in every single group hypnosis session, no matter the topic.
This is exactly what I teach in Module 4 of the Complete Group Hypnosis Success System. Its based on what works after 400+ group hypnosis sessions.
(I don't think anyone in the world has done more group hypnosis sessions than this. Feel free to tell me if you know someone who has done more.)
You get the exact protocols. The language patterns. The step-by-step structure for running sessions that keep people engaged from start to finish.
More importantly: Group sessions transform lives and keep people coming to session after session.
Here's what Sharon Rundell said after going through the program:
"It was definitely the best course I've ever done. It's given me the most practical, useful steps to actually put everything into action. And it was so clear, it was so easy to follow."
Tim Campbell said this after just 3 weeks:
"In three weeks, I'm further than I was in the last year. I'm actually putting myself out there... I've already got people signing up, so it's already started."
Here's the business model that changes everything:
People don't just come once to group hypnosis. They keep coming back. Like a favorite yoga class.
The Un-Boring Math:
The average group hypnosis session is $47-$97 per person. (Experience shows that people eagerly sign up at this price point.)
10 people at $47 = $470 per session.
And that's just the beginning.
I consistently make over 6 figures with group hypnosis. You can absolutely do the same.
But registration closes in 4 days.
By the end of the 8-week training, you'll have your group hypnosis foundation in place.
You'll have run your first session.
You'll be making money.
Linda Herrick said it best:
"After doing the program, to discover in just this much time it actually works. I mean there's no smoke up my skirt. It just actually works."
If you're ready to stop being drained by 1:1 sessions and start building a group hypnosis practice that energizes you AND pays you well, click here to join now.
The step-by-step system takes you from "I have no idea how to do this" to "I just ran my first session" in 8 weeks.
Love,
Lori "Guiding you to a bigger impact" Hammond
P.S. Tomorrow I'm addressing the Imposter Monster. The "What if I'm not good enough?" fear that keeps talented hypnotists playing small.
P.P.S. Registration closes this Sunday. Nobody can join after that. Click here to save your spot now.
Day 4: Silence The Imposter Monster
My hands were shaking the first time I led a group hypnosis session
I thought, "What if they all open their eyes and realize I have no idea what I'm doing?"
What if someone asks a question I can't answer?
What if they leave saying, "Well, THAT was a big fat waste of time"
Here's what I didn't know back then:
The imposter monster is wrong.
Imposter syndrome says: "You need something you don't already have!"
More confidence. More certifications. More public speaking ability.
But here's what you actually need...
A proven system that performs on it's own.
When you have a step-by-step structure, you don't have to get everything just right.
You follow the steps. The group energy does the rest.
Linda Herrick said it perfectly:
"It is like a model car kit. You move through the instructions, step-by-step, and it all comes together. When you finish... Wow, it really looks like the picture on the box!"
Tim Campbell said:
"The step-by-step guidance is fantastic. I've already got people signing up, so it's already started."
Agnes Jonczak said,
"I feel a sense of curiosity rather than fear as you guide me through the tech."
These are real hypnotists who felt exactly what you're feeling right now.
Not ready. Freaked out by the tech. Not sure how to actually get people in their groups.
But they had something that changed everything.
A system that walked them through every single step.
So here's what I need you to understand:
If you've been waiting for the "right time" or until you feel "ready enough"...
That's the imposter monster talking.
You'll never feel ready enough.
What if your someday is now?
Registration for the Complete Group Hypnosis Success System closes on Sunday. (If you got the day 5 email, it told you the wrong date.)
You CAN feel supported, guided, and confident that you're following a proven path.
Tomorrow's mini-training shows you why being an empath is actually your greatest advantage in group work (not a liability like you think).
Love,
Lori

Day 5: The Empath's Advantage
I used to freak out every time someone booked a private session with me.
I spent so much time immersed in their story... because I cared deeply... that it was easy to lose sight of what was mine and what was theirs.
I was afraid that group hypnosis would be worse.
More people = More energy drain, right?
Wrong.
Here's what actually happened:
Instead of being drained by one person's intense energy, I was fueled by the collective energy of the room.
The group energy lifted me, along with everyone in the session, UP.
I'd finish a 60-minute group session buzzing with energy instead of crawling to my couch.
(60 minutes is the right length for breakthrough group sessions, by the way.)
It made zero sense. But it was true.
And here's the part that made me cry happy empath tears:
The miracles that happen in groups were even more profound than what happened in my private sessions.
I've had people come back weeks after a group session and say,
"I don't have anxiety about that thing anymore."
"Everything shifted for me that night."
Groups amplify transformation.
For participants AND for you.
If you're an empath who's been avoiding groups because you think they'll drain you...
You've got it backwards.
Group sessions save you from burnout.
Groups give you your energy back.
Groups let you help MORE people while taking LESS time and energy.
But you need the right system.
Without structure, groups can be overwhelming.
The Complete Group Hypnosis Success System shows you how to make group hypnosis energizing.
You get the exact protocols. The session structure.
Everything that lets you hold space without getting drained.
You only have 2 days left to get The Complete Group Hypnosis Success System.
Doors close Sunday.
After that, this opportunity goes away.

I'd love for you to understand this:
Being an empath isn't a liability in group work.
It's your superpower.
Stop fighting against your nature.
Start using it to energize yourself as you help others.
Love,
Lori
