Here's a new recording you can listen to in the morning while you get ready for school or at night as you fall asleep. This one is only about 10 minutes long but the music goes on for longer and will help you sleep better if you listen at night.

Use your imagination to pretend you're already good at focus.
Make your facial expressions and body language match the way you feel when you're super focused. Make your thoughts match by saying things like, "I know I'm gonna win this." and "I'm powerful. I'm smart"
Your subconscious will pay attentions and make it easy for you to focus, learn, understand and remember.
The more you repeat positive beliefs about yourself, the more you'll start to really know how smart, powerful, and amazing you are. Before you know it you'll consider yourself an expert at focusing.
